SOME IMPROVED RECIPES OF SALAD DRESSINGS:
First of all, table salt is not particularly recommended. You should progressively eliminate it during the transition diet: you will feel even less thirsty.
Beat thoroughly for at least 5 minutes one egg, very slowly add to it - a few drops
at a time - one pint of good salad oil, continue beating while adding oil. Add lemon
juice, salt and pepper to taste. If desired, you can add the juice of one tomato.
Mix teaspoonful lemon juice, four tablespoons oil, little honey,
salt and paprika. Mix 1/4 of a tablespoon of oil with the dry ingredients,
stir well and add the lemon juice. As the dressing thickens through stirring,
add the rest of the oil and a little garlic for flavour, if you like.

SERBIAN VEGETABLE GOULASH
Stew in a very little water, or in olive oil, or in a vegetable fat,
coarsely sliced white or red cabbage, some sliced onions and some sliced peppers, when in season. Finish stewing with some sliced tomatoes, a little salt and pepper, if desired.
Instead of cooking stews or other roasts, cook - in the oven or on a spit - a cabbage (or any other vegetables) with onions, and add some tomato sauce.

Cook some apples, but not for too long; if you wish, cook together also lemon peel or a slice of orange. Add raisins and sugar to taste and mix everything with the "cottage cheese" (soft cheese). Eat it cold.
Boil a cauliflower until half cooked, then put it in the oven, served with a vegetable fat, at moderate temperature, until it becomes golden. Season to taste.
Slice some lettuce and tomatoes and season them with peanut butter mixed with water. Add lemon juice and oil and mix well.
COLD CABBAGE SALAD
Slice finely a raw cabbage; soften a bit with lemon juice and let it stand for an hour. Add onions, sliced celery and carrots or boiled peas. Use a seasoning to taste.
Here are some simple menus to be consumed as meals:
raisins and nuts together;
lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers;
grapes or any other fruit in season;
Swedish rye crisp.
