FASTING (PART 2)

HOW LONG SHOULD A PERSON FAST?

As explained in the previous lesson, NEVER START BRUSQUELY A FASTING FOR A LONG TIME. A person can't determine a priori how long to fast, even if the patient's case is known. When and how to break a fast is determined by carefully observing how your conditions change during the fast: when obstructions accumulate too much and blood must be cleaned with healing food; in other words, when too much mucus is ejected. Then, it's not true that the longer the fasting, the better the cure. Before starting the mucusless diet, you should undertake a short three-days fast; it will be damageless and produce the expected results (diagnosis of the disease and the amount of obstructions in the body). To improve the fast, it would be good to take a natural laxative every day: in doing so, it will be more comfortable and harmless.

HOW TO BREAK A FAST:

What foods to introduce after fasting depends on the patient's conditions and on the length of the fast itself. Be careful on breaking a fast, don't eat foods chosen at random or something like this will happen to you:

  • if you are an avid carnivore and you suddenly fast even just for a week, you must not break your fast with fruit: its sugar binds with the dissolved poisons and toxins (caused by meat), creating such a large amount of gas and carbonic acid, that your body could not overcome the trauma; you should first take a natural laxative and then continue with some vegetables, cooked or raw, but no fruit for days.
  • if you are an elderly person and you fast for a long period (more than a week), you have a very obstructed body; therefore you must absolutely not eat starchy food, such as boiled potatoes, and no fruit: during fasting, a thick layer of mucus accumulates in your intestine, which keeps the starch and blocks the channel, risking your gut to be so clogged, that you could not evacuate and you should be operated.
In this lesson you learned that:
  • mankind is the sicker living being on Earth, no other animal has ever violated so many laws of Nature;
  • a person can not determine in advance how long to fast, as it depends from case to case;
  • either you're young and carnivore, or you are older and vegetarian, YOU MUST NOT BREAK YOUR FAST WITH FRUIT OR STARCHY FOOD, BUT WITH NATURAL LAXATIVES AND LOTS OF COOKED AND RAW VEGETABLES.
